Barbara and Sigi explore the Monte Formin, but in different ways. Barbara hikes with Monika alone a trail to the Forcella Giau below the mountain while Sigi climbs with Richard a beautiful route to the summit.

Since Barbara is still a little exhausted by the rush of the last days, Sigi sets off alone to climb the Torre Grande Cima Nord.

We have not fitted a rear box yet, but we want to make the most of the summer. Therefore, we set off. The next one or two months we want to travel from one nice place to another. Our first destination are the Cinque Torri in the Dolomites.

For Barbara’s first attempts at aid climbing Sigi chooses the route with the appropriate name Techno-Lehrling (engl. Aid Climbing Apprentice). Under his watchful eyes Barbara gives her new ‘accessories’ a try.

To celebrate her birthday, Sigi takes Barbara to the summit of the Großglockner. In bright sunshine we climb the deeply snow-covered Stüdlgrat.
